DC gear motors

Dc gear motors diameter 77 interaxis 35 with replaceable brushes, with hall sensor gml77-35-z1-x-h

Stall torque from 83,0Nm to 31,0Nm

The GML77-35-Z1-X-H gear motors are not equipped with filter, they have a circuit with one or two Hall sensors and the brushes can be replaced. The rotor shaft has a worm with one thread.

The Hall sensor supplies a signal which allows to count the number of rotations made by the motor. With two Hall sensor it is possible to determine also the rotation direction of the electric motor.

The replaceable brushes allow a longer life to the motor and they can be replaced by removing the plastic part screwed to the brush-holder.

In the technical data-sheet it is possible to select the output gear shaft and to request a particular set of cables by inserting it in the enquiry form.

In the table “Electric Data” one can see the application voltage range and the performances for the most commonly used voltages, 12V and 24V.

The interactive curve allows to select the required performances by selecting the power voltage and the no-load speed.

The GML77-35-Z1-X-H electric gear motors are used in linear actuators, in garage door openers and in automatisms of various kind.

Set the characteristic curve

The characteristic curve of the DC electric motors is made of a diagram represented in the Cartesian axis based on the values which are inserted, where once can see represented the torque, in [Nm] (axis X); the rotation speed, in [Rpm] (axis y1); the absorbed current, in [A] (axis y2); the efficiency (axis y3).
